I have never seen a nine year old dressed like Noah dressed. Yes, nine year olds like to play dress up but that us at home. They put on high heels that are too big and try on lip stick. But to walk around in public like that? I know people much older who wouldn’t wear what she wore. Her parents are insane t9o let her walk around like that.
