I want to make a Halloween costume that is cheap and easy to make but still cute. Do you have any ideas?

My favourite cheap homemade halloween costume is a bag of gumballs.. simply get a clear garbage bag, cut out arm holes and a neck hole, and stuff the bag with different colours of balloons.
Another cheap homemade halloween costume is a mummy… everyone has toilet paper!
