That is weird. I’ve never heard of that before. When I was a kid, usually if I got candy I didn’t like, I would just trade it with someone else after we left the person’s house, not flat out reject it.
god i miss my youth, any one remember when disney used to do GOOD halloween specials, i used to love waiting for the for the holidays cause they would play one after another awesome stuff, now is just gay as SHIT, underline SHIT, special. well thank god for youtube^^
I dress up and my 25 son does also,and hand out candy I’m 65 and have fun doing it. Yes their are a few assholes. When I was a kid in the late 40′s we said Hand Outs not Trick or Treat, that came later in the 50′s.and if we got a apple or popcorn ball that was a real treat. Love this Viedo

I’ve got a question for all the trick or treaters out there… how many of you reject candy? Cause I’ve had kids REJECT a candy bar (Twix or 100 Grand) because it wasn’t their “favorite”.
so many warm feelings everytime i watch this. im remember watching some disney halloween special in elementary school a long time ago, and all us kids were sitting in te classroom, all decorated and awesome (something you don’t see anymore), and i just remember being in there, and it was like, the friday before halloween and just excitement filled my heart. the joy of halloween warms me everytime it rolls around. definitely my favorite holiday with so many very fond memories.
One thing I love is the rather subtle character animation on the broom, BZ Bub. If you look at his quiet performance, he has some funny scenes where the handle is bent to simulate a head peeking in on a scene.
Generally, I feel sorry for Donald when people provoke him…but here, he got a good dose of comeuppance for what he did. I’d never be that cruel to trick or treaters.

Am I crazy or wasn’t there a Donald Duck cartoon where they had the “Thriller” song? Or some cartoon that had the “Thriller” song in it?

I have to watch this cartoon at least once every October, or else it just doesn’t feel like Halloween.
Must be the ‘i’ generation. You can pick and choose your music and other things.
Though in my day, as some have said, we just accepted what we got…unless the person had a bowl of different candy types and allowed us to pick.
