What commercial photography studio would you recommend for a Halloween baby portrait?
I’m dressing my 5 month old up as an angel and I want to get her first Halloween in a professional portrait. Who would you recommend?

I am a professional photographer so my answer may be a little bias!
I have found that the commercial portrait studios (eg. Sears, JC Penny etc) do a nice job, but when it comes to buying the prints, you are pushed into buying more than you want, and most times of the same pose.
I recommend searching for up and coming photographers in your city that are looking to build their portfolio. You will find some great photographers who are trying to start up a business but have not yet established a great portfolio or website. For the $150 you may end up spending at one of the commercial studios, you will get a personal photographer who will do many shots and probably give you a CD of all the images and even some prints.
You can search your local newspaper forums, yahoo, google etc. for “Portrait Photographers”.
Word of mouth is usually the best recommendation…
