So obviously some areas of Rapture are gonna be flooded, yet Ken Levine had said he wanted to make Bioshock like GTA in the respect that he plans for one to happen every 2 or 3 years. If you flood areas for good, how are they gonna keep Rapture explorable and open in the future?

Well, I was assuming that the narrator of the ad was referring to you as “Delta”. It is still a sort of robotic name, but is much better than everyone calling you “the prototype”.
Looks kindof like a Big Daddy without its suit on.

What name, i can’t be assed watching it.
I still plan to play through on brass balls difficulty though, I got used to that level of difficulty from many playthroughs of the first installment. Looks plenty exciting and suspenseful, this new storyline was more or less unpredictable after the “stranger in a strange world” feel of Bioshock. Now you are the destroyed Rapture incarnate… so glad the philosophy still plays a large roll. A definite buy!
To be completely honest, I was at first confused of how 2K could spin a mysterious and suspenseful plotline when they announced what I believed to be an overpowered protagonist… I have gained much more confidence in the new installment just by this advertisement. I like how you are given a name (not just dehumanized with the title “prototype”. I like how a new civil war is erupting, and most everyone sees you as the symbol of the atrocities of the past. I worry less about the atmosphere now.
I got every achievement in Bio 1. When I deleted it for Dead Space, I could feel a little bit of myself die inside…
